Rental FAQ
How does delivery and pickup work?
We deliver clean reusable totes and a dolly to your Sioux Falls address at your scheduled time. After your move we pick everything up from your new location — no cleaning required!
What if I need the totes longer than 2 weeks?
Contact us to discuss an extension. We offer flexible rental terms to match your moving timeline.
Do I need to clean the totes before pickup?
No! Simply empty them and leave them for pickup. We clean and sanitize all totes between rentals.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Sioux Falls.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Smaller packages can be booked 48 hours in advance, larger packages of 55+ totes require at least 4 days notice.
